Linda R. says: The Best. I was absolutely happy with care that was given to my little yorkie. When I picked her up she was very content and not anxious. Sylvano's is definitely going to be our Groomer I was very impressed.
Special care for a new puppy

Yavett S. says: I didnt know what to expect when we arrived but to my surprise, Sylvano's staff met my 11 week old Westie puppy, Fletcher and I at the door and welcomed us. Sylvano took great care when giving Fletcher his first nail trim. Fletcher will see Sylvano again for his first big boy hair cut in a few weeks. I wont trust Fletchers care with anyone else.

Shannon C. says: My very long-haired cat had many mats, tangles, and excess fur in her face that interfered with her eating. Sylvano took my request to not shave her unless necessary, completely to heart. He dematted, detangled and trimmed her perfectly!! No shaving! She is an old girl, 14 years old, and he took very special care of her. I highly recommend Sylvano. And he loves animals as much as we do - this is very evident.

(They sent him home with one leg shaved.) They said our dog needed to be tranquilized. But Sylvano did it! Very patient and understanding. Amazing.

His prices are sooo reasonable and his attention to detail around ears and feet is exceptional. We will never go back to any other groomer! Sylvano will definitely make any dog, or any other animal for that matter, much more happy than another facility! He plays with him and you can see Sylvano's love for animals as soon as you meet him! He is also very owner-friendly as well and keeps a beautiful house!

Jenny and Jewel can be a little ruckus at times, so the first question my wife has when I get them home is "Can they go back?" Yes, without a doubt. They loved Sylvano as he treated them with lots of TLC. We have heard so much about Sylvano and his caring attention to our friends' pets. We are thrilled we finally met him and got to experience, firsthand, the quality of his caring and his work. The Bouvier Girls will be going back.

Michelle r. says: We are very particular in who we let take care of Lola. She is our baby, but has had an emotional year moving back from Germany and losing her companion Guinness on the flight home. She felt right at home immediately and Sylvano is so loving and caring with not only his babies but all that come through his front door. When I picked her up, she was happy and content and acted like she had known him forever! Not only was her demeanor amazing, but the grooming job he did was the best I've ever seen on her! He also makes sure you check for any imperfections because he is truly precise and and expert at what he does and is all around a genuine and compassionate person. I had a bit of a problem getting my Maltese/shitzu's in this month and because he loves all of his "babies" so much he would not let my babies run the risk of matting or getting any skin problems so he is helping me out and I appreciate it so much. Besides as always they always look great!

But when I picked her up I could tell by her demeanor that she had been really enjoyed her grooming and she was happy and confident. Sylvano even walked her out to the car and said goodbye to her and I could see that he really has a special place in his heart for animals.

Teresa Q. says: I had driven by Sylvano's several times since moving to the north side of town but faithfully kept making the treck to my groomer out in Airway Heights. The other day I got sick of the drive, so I decided to call Sylvano for his prices. I was suprised how reasonable....less than I had been paying all this time!! I asked for an appt. and he was able to get us in right away! When we arrived, Sylvano greeted us and right away made my dog Charlie (golden ret/chow) feel comfortable. He called me when Charlie was done, which was amazingly quick, and I went to see a new dog. I mean this from my heart when I say it was the best haircut Charlie has ever had. The attention to detail in the paws and ears was amazing!! And Charlie was so proud and happy! We will definitely be lifetimers at Sylvano's!! Thank you so much :)

He is very accomidating w/ appointments and my dog looks great every time. The other thing that means alot to me as a dog lover is that Sylvano clearly LOVES dogs too! He is very gentle and kind with my dog and I never worry about how she is being cared for. Thank you!

I was in tears, as he was to meet his new family that weekend and now looked like a messy uneven patchwork quilt with his face shaved to the skin. Nothing was uniform. He was shaped all out of proportion from the previous groomer (who refused to re-imburse my money). Due to the extreme circumstances, Sylvano made sure to fit my little one in before the weekend, and literally saved the day! I have never before seen Patriot look so stinkin' CUTE! Thank you Sylvano for your caring expertise, and willingness to come to the rescue in such a speedy time frame. We are definately looking forward to our next appts. forever with you. Patriot sure struts his stuff now. It's so obvious that he loves his new "do" too! Forget the rest & go to the best! Take your loved fur family to Sylvano & get it right the 1st time.
